The MIAA supports and promotes
a broad-based awards program to recognize student-athletes, coaches, administrators,
faculty, and other special projects on member institution campuses.
While the conference
recognizes the athletic accomplishments of student-athletes weekly and at the
conclusion each season; academic recognition occurs at the end of the academic
year. Some of those awards are detailed on this website.
Coaches are also recognized
in each sport through a Coach of the Year program. In addition to these awards,
the conference has "special recognition" programs in multiple areas
-- highlighted by the Ken B. Jones Award that recognizes the outstanding male
and female athlete of the year in the MIAA. no credit cash loans
